Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage Order-to-Cash processes from start to finish
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Set up new customers and shipping locations in SAP
Prioritize and manage daily responsibilities while balancing short- and mid-term objectives
Provide knowledgeable support on products, policies, and procedures
Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners to identify improvement opportunities
Confidently resolve a variety of customer issues, even in high-pressure situations
Coordinate shipment logistics using a third-party logistics platform
Process credits, debits, and returns as assigned
Maintain a professional and positive image of yourself and Colorbiotics in all interactions
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, business management and/or any other business-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task different projects and systems
Computer skills with a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software, experience with SAP or other ERP systems are preferable
Customer Service and/or Supply Chain related experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, business acumen, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
