Responsibilities
Respond to inbound phone calls from current and prospective clients regarding products and account information
Process a range of routine and complex financial and non-financial transactions in accordance with departmental procedures and service standards
Resolve basic account inquiries and issues; escalate more complex matters to the appropriate teams for further research and resolution
Communicate with shareholders, participants, broker/dealers, and other parties via phone, fax, and email to verify information, clarify requests, and provide required documentation
Accurately document client interactions and maintain proper call records
Collaborate with internal service center teams to resolve issues and answer client questions
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
1 year of prior customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities
Preferred
1 year of prior customer service experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred
