Business Development Manager
Teltonika is a vertically integrated electronics manufacturing company that supports products from prototype through full-scale production. They are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to contribute to market research, build client relationships, and achieve sales development goals.
Responsibilities
Contribute to market research, including identify target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth
Build relationships with new clients through daily contacting, cold calling, preparing presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis
Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales development goals
Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent electronics manufacturing
Work and report to sales group manager and collaborate with Key account managers for mutual results
Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience in contract manufacturing field
An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality
The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering the market
Strong presentation, business communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management
Driving license and ability to travel
