Responsibilities

Lead all accounting, treasury, and reporting functions for approximately 10?15 entities

Develop and maintain effective workflows using QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Excel-based dashboards

Supervise a remote AP bookkeeper and coordinate with the firm?s CPA, legal counsel, and insurance partners

Perform reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage inter-entity transactions directly

Produce clear, well-designed monthly and quarterly financial reports

Continuously evaluate and improve processes, identifying opportunities to increase accuracy and efficiency

Act with sound judgment and discretion, safeguarding the principal?s interests at all times

Required

8?15 years of accounting or controllership experience, preferably within a family office or investment-focused environment

Demonstrated ownership mindset and decision-making grounded in integrity

Calm, personable communicator who values trust and transparency

Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Excel

Based in Austin or able to travel periodically; outstanding remote candidates may be considered

Preferred

CPA or equivalent credential preferred
