Training Coordinator

Responsibilities
Develop and manage training schedules across all departments
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and skills training
Create, update, and maintain job aids and training materials
Oversee administrative functions related to training
Assess and analyze training and development needs
Promote training programs to employees
Monitor employee progress in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree
5+ years of a combination of legal administrative/paralegal and training and development experience at a law firm
Hands-on experience in training, onboarding or facilitating training sessions
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills, including file maintenance and billing preparation
Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with different people and departments
Must be highly organized and able to manage time extremely well
Must be a dependable team player who works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred
Experience with either Adarant, Elite, 3E and/or Net Documents is highly preferred
