Loyalty Program Manager
Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead projects focused on launching and integrating loyalty capabilities and platforms. This role bridges business and technology teams, translating business needs into functional requirements and driving successful delivery within Agile frameworks.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver loyalty platform integrations and enhancements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams
Act as Product Owner in Agile, managing backlog and prioritizing features
Oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful launches
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
6+ years in IT project management, business requirements development, and Agile delivery
Proficiency in Jira and Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of IT architecture and system dependencies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred
PMP or Agile certification
