Responsibilities
Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, and construction layout surveys
Operate GNSS/GPS, robotic total stations, and modern data-collection equipment
Process field data and prepare plats, as-builts, and survey deliverables
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and design teams
Ensure compliance with state and professional surveying standards
Qualification
Required
Licensed Land Surveyor (NH) or actively pursuing licensure
Experience with modern survey equipment and field workflows
Strong understanding of boundary law, deed research, and measurement principles
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS experience
Familiarity with ALTA/NSPS standards
Construction layout experience
Exposure to NH or MA land development projects
