Responsibilities

Supports department(s) with various administrative tasks including but not limited to reception, phone support, scheduling, maintaining records, and monitoring inventory/supplies
Additional responsibilities may include supporting leaders with Kronos, Epic scheduling, budget tracking, reporting, billing, and data entry
Duties may vary by assigned area

Required

A minimum of 1 year of secretarial or a minimum of 3 years of clerical experience
High School diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred

Previous lead or coordinator experience is preferred
Professional knowledge of educational theories and principles for adult learning preferred
