Responsibilities

You will be interacting directly with the client and offshore teams

You will be preparing and maintaining Project Schedule based on discussions with the client and their clients

You will be interacting with all customer stakeholders, collecting the input needed to handle the project, packaging the work and send to offshore

Review the deliverables, make minor updates as necessary and upload them into the PLM system

You will be interacting with offshore team and ensuring on time delivery of project deliverables

You will be tracking the progress, reporting back to the client and our stakeholders

You will identify any deviations and plans and implement course corrections to meet the planned deadlines

You will be coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls)

You will be resolving design and technical issues during the engineering and construction phases

You will be providing site engineering support during construction and commissioning, as needed

You will be communicating risk posture, security updates, and progress on initiatives clearly and effectively

Required

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (Disciplines: Mechanical/ Productions/ Structural/ Electrical/ Petroleum Etc.)

Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written) with attention to details and translating it into actions though intended stakeholders

Candidates from Engineering/Technical Background with hands on experience in one or more disciplines like Structural, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls

Real time experience in managing multi engineering discipline (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls etc.) projects and in a client facing role

3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)

PLM understanding (Windchill preferred)

Preferred

Experience in coordinating in domains would be an added advantage
