Responsibilities

Salesforce Expertise: 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Architect on large-scale programs

TPM Solution Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar trade promotion solutions

Technical Design Leadership: Ability to define end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations, and security frameworks

Integration Experience: Strong knowledge of middleware, APIs, and integration patterns for connecting Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems

Performance & Scalability: Expertise in designing solutions for high-volume transactions and multi-country deployments

Governance & Best Practices: Deep understanding of Salesforce development standards, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust designs

CPG Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with trade promotion processes, pricing, and analytics
