The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality HR services across the Americas organization, leading the HR Shared Services team, and ensuring the execution of HR programs and initiatives in alignment with business strategy.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership to the HR Services and Solutions function in the Americas, driving operational improvements, automation, and standardization to align with business goals

Develop and implement HR service delivery models that streamline processes and enhance employee experience, while reducing complexity and minimizing waste

Develop and implement KPI’s and SLA’s for each relevant HR Shared Service/dbs process area to seek and drive continuous improvement

Institute data quality measures to assist data-driven decision making across the org

Ensure HR services are compliant with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies/directives

Required

5+ years in a comparable position, demonstrating progressive responsibility and impact

Proven track record leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries

Familiarity with navigating complex organizational structures within international corporations

Preferred

Exposure to SAP and ADP systems

Solid background in benefits administration

Experience driving transformation initiatives, particularly within shared services environments

Demonstrated ability to engage with both office-based and operational staff
