Assistant Program Manager Test & Evaluation
AVIAN is a mid-sized, employee-owned company focused on creating value for its employees and customers, primarily serving the Navy and Department of Defense. They are seeking a senior level Assistant Program Manager Test & Evaluation to support NAVAIR’s Advanced Tactical Aircraft Protection Systems Program Office, responsible for developing test strategies and managing testing efforts for aircraft survivability and electronic warfare systems.

Responsibilities
Chair Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) and Test Plan Working Group (TPWG) meetings
Develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and support OPTEVFOR with the Integrated Engineering Framework (IEF) development
Develop and manage the T&E schedule
Develop a T&E Spend Plan and support POM submissions
Coordinate aircraft demand signals with respective platform PMAs
Represent T&E at SETR events
Manage lab, ground and flight test events
Lead the execution of complex tasks
Interface between the IPTs, OPTEVFOR, DT/OT test squadrons and lab facilities to support test efforts
Must be able to work independently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field from an accredited college or university. Experience cannot be substituted for education
Prior APMT&E experience
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
