Responsibilities

Assist in training and mentoring new team members
Develop leadership habits such as setting daily goals, offering feedback, and leading by example

Learn how to launch and optimize client campaigns in various event settings
Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide insights to increase performance
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align messaging and objectives
