Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end ERP roadmap, including planning, implementation, upgrades, and optimization

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to gather requirements and improve system functionality

Manage ERP vendors, consultants, and third-party partners to ensure system performance and modernization

Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and policies

Lead process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes

Oversee ERP training, adoption, and ongoing user support

Monitor system performance, proactively resolving issues and minimizing downtime

Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure ERP strategy supports long-term growth and scalability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
