Equip partners with training, resources, and support to effectively sell solutions
Build and manage sales pipelines with accurate forecasting in CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner capabilities with solution positioning
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform partner strategies
Negotiate contracts, set performance metrics, and ensure alignment with company objectives
Partner across sales, marketing, product, and customer success for seamless execution
Attend conferences, partner meetings, and industry events as required (up to 30% travel)

Required

5-10 years of experience in channel partner management or business development within technology solutions

Proven success building revenue through channel partnerships
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partner management platforms
Ability to establish trust with senior stakeholders and decision makers
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred

Existing network within consulting and government contractor sectors
Experience with federal, state, or local procurement processes
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure channel programs
