Responsibilities
Manage the Quality Control auditing process
Ensure completed products meet Knapheide quality standards for form, fit, and function
Investigate quality issues
Determine root cause and initiate corrective action
Communicate quality issues throughout the organization
Supervise and train Quality Technicians on Knapheide quality standards
Maintain the Knapheide Weld Program including weld training, certifications, and auditing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience working in a Quality role
