Account Executive, Programmatic Advertising Sales
Finch Network is redefining how advertisers connect with hyper-local audiences through their innovative DOOH network. They are seeking a Programmatic Advertising Sales Account Executive to drive revenue via programmatic channels, expand agency partnerships, and enhance the utilization of Finch’s DOOH inventory.

Responsibilities
Drive programmatic ad spend through agency and trading desk relationships
Educate buyers on Finch’s DOOH inventory, targeting capabilities, and measurement approach
Increase adoption across DSPs and preferred programmatic buying platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, programmatic traders, and planners
Act as the primary point of contact for programmatic partners
Collaborate with internal teams on deal IDs, PMP setups, and private marketplace opportunities
Monitor campaign delivery and performance in collaboration with ad operations teams
Share insights and optimization recommendations with buyers and agencies
Stay current on programmatic, DOOH, and ad tech trends
Provide feedback to internal teams on buyer needs, product gaps, and market opportunities
Qualification
Required
4+ years of media sales experience with a strong focus on programmatic advertising
Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, and the programmatic buying process
Proven ability to grow spend through agency and programmatic channels
Strong analytical and data-driven communication skills
Experience working with CRM tools and ad tech platforms
Preferred
Prior experience selling programmatic DOOH or CTV
Existing relationships with major agencies, DSPs, or trading desks
