Responsibilities

Develop and implement fuel pricing strategies to maximize sales and drive store traffic

Analyze industry data and market trends to set optimal prices and identify strategic opportunities

Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and replenishment partners to ensure product supply, manage allocations, and minimize outages

Use advanced analytics and benchmarking to improve business efficiency and fuel pricing performance

Promote a low-cost, EDLP mindset in all plans and decisions

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop tools, business cases, and new pricing solutions

Drive continuous improvement by adopting digital tools and innovative practices

Foster a cross-functional, high-performing team environment

Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Guide operating system needs and coordinate with third-party suppliers and field operations

Ensure alignment with company policies, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Evaluate and improve current plans and programs based on feedback and results

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related area and 3 years' experience in retail pricing or sourcing

5 years' experience in retail management, retail pricing, sourcing, finance, or related area

Proven experience in pricing strategy, analytics, or a related field, preferably within the fuel or retail industry

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends

Experience working with third-party pricing systems and digital tools

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Strong business acumen and understanding of the impact of fuel pricing on overall business performance

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to upholding company values, ethics, and integrity

Preferred

4 years' experience using pricing software (for example, Kalibrate) or 4 years' experience in procurement or logistics

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related area

Supervisory experience

Using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office and Excel
