Responsibilities
Design and build management reports, dashboards and scorecards to analyze customer and agent behavior
Monitor ongoing performance across distribution partners, identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer conversions
Assist in the onboarding of new partners, from a data governance perspective, ensuring data accurately flows from source systems to reporting tools and dashboards
Build and refine the ideal customer profile for direct-to-consumer marketing
Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to gather insights and data for product enhancement

Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in using analytical tools and software
Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis, insurance, underwriting, or a related role
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or other programming/data query/reporting
Preferred
Experience with Homeowners' insurance
