Responsibilities
Provide Quality Control (QC) documentation support to operations
Perform QC review of documentation such as sample login binders, run binders, extraction paperwork, lab notebooks, data tables, and reports
Participate in review of technical and QC SOPs to ensure compliance with regulations
Actively engage in QC educational programs, workshops, and training sessions
Collaborate with operations to improve quality systems and resolve non-compliance issues
Manage and schedule assigned QC projects with minimal assistance
Track and report deviation trends to management and recommend corrective actions
Evaluate systems for gaps and communicate improvement strategies to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Laboratory experience in a GLP environment
Knowledge of GLP regulations and quality review techniques
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently while maintaining effective relationships with coworkers and clients
Preferred
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
