Responsibilities
Oversee and guide two team leaders and their teams (approx. 12 employees)
Develop and maintain integration schedules aligned with supply chain and customer demand
Forecast material availability and proactively mitigate risks
Communicate regularly with customers on status, projections, and risk management
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and Part 21 standards for handling aircraft components
Support ERP system transition and cultural change initiatives
Act as a strategic planner while remaining capable of stepping into daily operations when needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in operations management within an aviation or avionics environment – must
Familiarity with AS9100 and Part 21 compliance – must
Strong background in supply chain processes and production scheduling
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal teams and external customers
Ability to manage under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
