Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and hardware reboot support
Working across multiple systems to support customers
Clearly documenting service tickets
Addressing customer inquiries
Guiding customers through processes
Tracking and reporting customer interactions in detail
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Tech Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and engage with customers
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues
Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while handling customer concerns
Organizational skills for managing and documenting customer interactions efficiently
Previous experience in a similar role or technical support is highly desirable
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience with Awaken is a plus
Additional education or certifications in customer service or technology-related fields are a plus
