Finance Administrative Specialist
Acro Service Corp is seeking a Finance Administrative Specialist to manage billing arrangements and provide contract review support. The role involves supporting year-end price-related activities and performing ad hoc work as needed.
Responsibilities
Managing billing arrangement setups, renewals, and amendments
Front-end and back-end contract review support – contract intake, facilitation, etc
Supporting year-end price-related activities (price planning/implementation)
Ad hoc work as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong technical aptitude/capabilities (pertaining to ERP systems)
Excel & Outlook proficiency
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to independently follow defined processes/protocols
Willingness to ask questions, collaborate, and positive attitude
Associates degree, 5+ years of experience
Preferred
SAP experience strongly preferred – will use SAP daily
Billing experience
Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business Admin)
