Responsibilities
Work within Workday Finance, maintaining key modules like Accounting, Procurement, Billing, AP, and Tax
Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite) to provide insights to finance and business teams across the company
Configure and maintain critical finance business processes, such as Procure to Pay and Accounting Journals
Manage monthly ledger close processes and EIB loads
Support system enhancements and maintain Adaptive Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing
Lead semi-annual Workday Release reports and regression testing
Collaborate with stakeholders and present change management updates
Monitor and resolve Workday-related tickets via JIRA to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on Workday configuration
A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
A strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion
Preferred
Experience with Adaptive and/or Workday Strategic Sourcing
Workday Pro Certification is a plus!
