GME Senior Program Coordinator

Primary coordinator of multiple small ACGME accredited programs (two programs with more than 12 house officers or more than two programs)
Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks
Sees connections between routines and how they relate to other procedures
Knows where to seek answers and independently researches solutions to questions
Broad and comprehensive knowledge of policies, procedures and systems
Compose correspondence requiring knowledge of related matters including accreditation requirements
Coordinates and leads arrangements for meetings and events, conferences and travel
Anticipates challenges/questions before they occur and offers solutions
Manage fellows and program director conferences and travel as needed
Prepare, analyze and summarize complex reports
