Account Development Representative
Virtualite is a Business Process Outsourcing Services company that delivers scalable digital and virtual support solutions. They are currently seeking Account Development Representatives to focus on lead qualification, account growth, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments
Support sales pipeline development and follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes
Coordinate with sales and onboarding teams
Qualification
Required
Strong phone and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Preferred
Experience in inside sales, account development, or lead generation is a plus but not required
