Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned commercial landscape accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular site visits, meetings, and communication
Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct routine site visits to evaluate landscape quality and contract compliance
Perform follow-ups after service corrections or enhancements to confirm client satisfaction
Identify landscape enhancement opportunities based on site conditions, client goals, and property needs
Perform takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates for enhancements and additional services
Prepare and present professional proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients
Track enhancement opportunities from proposal through approval and completion
Assist with contract renewals, scope adjustments, and pricing reviews
Maintain accurate client documentation, site notes, estimates, and sales activity in the CRM system
Support forecasting and budgeting related to enhancement sales and account growth
Work closely with operations, production managers, and leadership to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Communicate client priorities, site conditions, and enhancement scopes to internal teams

Required

3–5+ years of experience in commercial landscape account management, estimating, or a related role
Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices and enhancement services
Solid horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, pruning standards, irrigation basics, turf management, and seasonal best practices
Proven ability to estimate landscape enhancements and additional services accurately
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and enhancement sales
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficiency with CRM software (Aspire) and Microsoft Office; experience with landscape industry software preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business, or a related field
Experience managing a $2M+ commercial landscape portfolio
