Landscape Architect (Designer Level)
CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm ranked among the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms. They are seeking a Landscape Architect Designer to support landscape and hardscape designs, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards while collaborating with various project teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Landscape Architect Designer for design, coordination, permitting, of projects
Prepare accurate presentations, designs, details, and construction documents in CAD, including code-compliant landscape planting and hardscape plans
Oversee and mentor the Landscape Architecture project design team, including CAD technician, and vendors
Collaborate with firm landscape architects, architects, project managers, and business development teams to enhance project delivery
Research and implement relevant codes and client requirements to ensure compliance
Develop and utilize CAD standards and templates to streamline design processes
Prepare specifications, review shop drawings, and provide construction administration support
Travel periodically for site investigations, and construction observation, including preparing or reviewing reports and exhibits
Conduct quality control by reviewing documents prepared by others
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Design experience in preparing landscape and hardscape plans
Knowledgeable in irrigation systems design
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and Smartsheet or similar software platforms
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and rendering software
Ability to exercise critical thinking and good independent judgement
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets
Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines
Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated
Over 3 years of USA and Florida landscape experience
Preferred
Relevant work experience or a bachelor's in landscape architecture; preferred – not required
Experience preparing project punch list reports
Experience in Public Park, FDOT/LAP and National Commercial Programs
