The role involves guiding teams in various functions such as intake, customer service, and billing while ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Bring a deep understanding of HME/DME. Use this knowledge to innovate, improve client experiences, and drive client performance
Coordinate and schedule implementation meetings following established agenda(s) to ensure appropriate information is secured in a timely fashion
Train new staff members and serve as subject matter expert for ongoing needs
Communicate progress, risks, issues, and barriers to internal associates and external clients
Assist in managing scope to ensure needs are met. Ensure the scope, as defined in client agreement, is delivered, identifying, documenting, and raising requests for changes to sales and account management
Monitor progression of implementation and training
Manage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth implementation execution

Required

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HME/DME INDUSTRY
5+ years proven professional experience in HME/DME
Must love building teams and must love training others
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, oral, presentations and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to negotiate expectations between internal associates and external clients
Ability to advise and implement best practices with external clients and with internal departments
Incredible executor. You are given a project with loose directions and the team can trust you to work backwards, build a clear action plan, and successfully complete the project while hitting deadlines
Skilled coach and mentor that can positively influence others and quickly build strong relationships
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
High-level communication skills
Ability to coordinate and communicate across all departments
Must have extreme attention to detail
Self-directed and ability to work with a sense of urgency
Utmost professionalism in conduct
