Lead the quality inspectors, instructing on processes, job inspections, and hot jobs

Responsible for sign-offs on in-process, first piece, and final inspections

Manage all quality documentation, including First Article Inspections

Perform physical inspections using instruments like height gauges and calipers

Required

5 to 10 years of experience in a quality-focused role within an aerospace manufacturing environment

No degree required for this position

Experience with non-destructive testing, calipers, height gauges, and blueprints

Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO quality systems

Ability to manage employees and be proficient in inspecting parts

Preferred

CMM experience and knowledge of digital optical comparators (e.g., Keyence models) are beneficial
