Responsibilities

Design tooling and solutions across multiple variations to meet project needs
Validate designs and ensure results align with defined targets
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement designs
Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications
Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and design

Qualification

Required

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in automotive or trucking environments
Proven record of tooling design and implementation

All engineers must hold a 4-year engineering degree in their respective discipline

Preferred

Experience with advanced tooling technologies and automation
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with design validation and testing process
