Responsibilities
Sets up and maintains application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures
Configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases
Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs
Conducts advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes
Works with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals
Reviews, analyzes and prioritizes incoming incident tickets and user requests
Handles positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates contracts
Qualification
Required
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience
25%-50% Ability to travel (could include international)
Preferred
Experience in SAP S/4 Supply Chain Execution applications (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Mgmt, Warehouse Mgmt, etc.)
Experience with integrations between SAP and external shipping, warehousing applications, manufacturing execution systems, and/or Third Party Logistics providers
Experience working on high-impact global ERP projects, strategic initiatives, and change management initiatives
Strong preference for experience in multiple areas of SAP S/4 Commercial applications (Sales Orders, Contract Management, etc.), or SAP S/4 Operation (PM, PLTP, PP, etc.), or S/4 Material Management
Benefits
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
