Responsibilities

Lead the CA Connect platform (Salesforce-based) as primary product owner

Manage product backlog, feature requests, and sprint planning

Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, secure solutions

Oversee daily operations of SES electronic tools

Ensure data integrity, security, and system availability

Develop dashboards and metrics using Salesforce Reports and CRM Analytics

Align Salesforce functionality with business needs across SES

Coordinate enhancements with IT, vendors, and business units

Provide training and support to users and volunteers

Manage platform budgets, vendor contracts, and development costs

Support leadership in defining Salesforce roadmap and digital strategy

Partner with QA teams for UAT and deployment planning

Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy policies

Mitigate risks related to architecture, data migration, and integrations
