Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects aligned with client goals and compliance requirements
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources effectively
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government clients
Ensure adherence to security and safety standards related to defense projects
Prepare and deliver progress reports for stakeholders and senior management
Oversee project documentation, contract management, and change control processes
Foster a safety culture on the job site and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or mission-critical construction
Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar construction projects
Strong knowledge of defense industry compliance, including ITAR and security protocols
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to obtain security clearance (if required)
Preferred
PMP certification or equivalent preferred
