Responsibilities
Assisting in product changes and equipment transfers to enhance production capabilities
Creating and refining floor layouts to optimize machine placement and space utilization
Developing data-driven solutions to identify bottlenecks and streamline capacity planning
Monitoring new production equipment to ensure adherence to performance and safety standards
Validating equipment specifications to meet product requirements and engineering standards
Analyzing and preparing reports on project timelines, KPIs, and execution progress for leadership review
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CAD software or similar design tools
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
