Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute spares strategies, analytics and reverse flow processes that enable sustainment of leading edge technology to power our global data centers. Act as a leading team member in the development of spares strategies throughout the product life-cycle
Enable on-time and predictable delivery of materials to all points of consumption
Partner with Finance and Inventory Management to enable cost optimization and awareness through sustaining product transitions, inventory planning and Excess and Obsolescence
Partner with our New Product Introduction (NPI) team to ensure seamless production ramp on innovative new technologies into our global data center fleet
Contribute to supply chain designs to enable scalable supply chain models in a dynamic product and supply base environment. Enable process improvements and tool development of ongoing evolution of our team

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience working with Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning and Forecasting
Experience developing supply chain strategy

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with supply chain in Spares, Demand and Supply Planning, Fulfillment, Inventory and Operations management
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused and achieve results
Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple organizational levels
