Calian Group is seeking a qualified Senior Solutions Architect to meet with customers and provide pre-sales analysis and customized solutions. The role involves working closely with Account Executives and customers to design technology solutions that meet business objectives, while ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.

Responsibilities

Work with Account Executives to develop customer relationships and high-level solutions to assist in the sales process

Define and design technology solutions to assist the customer in meeting their business objectives

Create and deliver customer-facing presentations

Ability to meet customer goals and objectives for the project within budget and on time

Work closely with the Account Executives, manufacturer partners, and the customer to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation and support

Provide detailed design documentation, including diagrams detailing configurations and the installation process

Produce accurate Bill of Materials and Statements of Work

Proven Pre-Sales Solutions Design expertise

Must be a team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level

Able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a fast-paced environment

Strong technical expertise and sales acumen

Experience in systems analysis and design, with a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies

Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment preferred

Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience

7+ years of Datacenter Architecture experience

Expert-level knowledge and experience with the design and implementation of the following: Certifications, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Virtualization, Compute, Private Datacenter, Networking, Cloud, Storage, Replication, Malware Prevention, Authentication, Routing and switching solutions, Network Access Control, Load Balancing/Application Delivery Controllers
