Assistant Collections Manager
Uline is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, and they are seeking an Assistant Collections Manager to guide their accounts receivable team. The role involves managing daily operations, collaborating with HR for talent development, and reviewing collection reports for process improvements.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operations of the Collections Department, providing guidance and strengthening financial knowledge for a team of accounts receivable professionals
Collaborate with HR and training teams to help onboard and develop top-tier collections talent
Review collection reports to make data-informed decisions and process improvement recommendations
Audit delinquent accounts to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of collections or customer service experience demonstrating excellent communication skills
Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
Preferred
Major in Finance or Accounting preferred
Experience in recruiting and interviewing preferred
