Responsibilities

Develop and automate operations focused Power BI reports that generate timely and actionable value

Support operational needs through variance and performance analysis

Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations

Write DAX measures, SQL queries, and support analytics through code and automation

Partner with Digital team on ETL, data quality, and architecture improvements

Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership

Execute regressions, forecasting, and trend analysis to support strategy

Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in all analysis and reporting

Qualification

Power BISQLMicrosoft ExcelFinancial AnalysisAnalytical SkillsAI ToolsERP ToolsUpstream ChemicalsCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, including formulas and financial modeling

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency

Ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex data

Maintain data confidentiality and integrity in all analysis and reporting

Preferred

Upstream chemicals background preferred

Internship or project-based experience in financial analysis, preferred

Familiarity with ERP tools (NetSuite, Tableau) preferred

Basic proficiency in SQL, preferred
