Providing consumers (physicians and patients) with accurate, up-to-date information regarding services and radiology procedures

Maintaining patient demographics and history to ensure accuracy of the information to support clinical and financial needs

Coordinating requests and satisfying needs in one phone call

Solving routine customer problems

Communicating regularly with technologists and radiology leadership to ensure customer and department staff needs are met

Displaying the highest level of customer service, attentiveness and consideration possible in all cases

Using phone software, scheduling software applications, and telecommunication technology to facilitate customer interactions

Serving as point of contact for patients, clinicians, technologists and nursing needing assistance with WET READS, Consultations, second opinion reads and protocols from the radiologists

Gathering pertinent patient information, orders, clinical histories, scheduling, and data input for IHIS
