Responsibilities
Execute infrastructure change activities across the enterprise, following defined change management procedures
Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
Ensure timely and effective resolution of break/fix issues, maintaining high standards of customer service for both in-office and remote users
Create and maintain clear, concise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and change documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and operational standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience providing infrastructure support
Knowledge on mailflow and domain configuration (e.g., Mimecast, MS Defender Cloud)
Proficiency in Windows OS (Server and Endpoint)
High level of knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Proficiency in Windows Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure infrastructure services (VMs, Storage Accounts, VNet, etc.)
Experience with Intune for MDM and application deployment/management
Experience with Cisco Meraki networking components
Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice configuration
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices
Preferred
Degree not required, but preferred along with certifications
