Client Success Representative

As a Client Success Representative, you will deliver exceptional client experiences and support the sales process through accurate quotes and effective communication, ensuring long-term client retention.

Responsibilities
Proactively update clients on order status, materials, changes, or delays. Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions
Generate accurate quotes, sales orders (SOs), and purchase orders (POs). Maintain data accuracy in Netsuite and CRM, updating shipment dates based on vendor and client expectations
Engage vendors for pricing, stock, and lead times. Record all client and deal interactions in the CRM. Assist with daily inventory movement
Support team members to ensure a best-in-class client experience
Review and follow up on open quotes with Sales, ensuring timely closure and accurate pipeline maintenance. Collaborate with Sales to resolve concerns and close deals
Status long-term delivery schedules and related orders. Update clients on upcoming delivery timelines/delays
Review CRM entries for accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with Warehouse teams to review stock levels for upcoming orders
Participate in team meetings to share feedback on client interactions and challenges
Review performance against metrics and team goals with the Client Success Manager
Analyze client feedback and propose process enhancements
Verify all prior months' POs and SOs have shipped or have updated ship dates
Provide feedback to the Supply Chain team on vendor lead times, low inventory, stock availability, and delivery performance
Engage in professional development/training and team-building activities
