Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians, managing daily schedules and prioritizing work to maximize tool uptime and reliability. Collaborate with engineering teams to support and manage equipment upgrades and new tool installations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment across process areas (e.g., vacuum, lithography, metrology, wet processing, etc.)
Utilize technical expertise and diagnostic skills to resolve equipment issues and implement solutions, including using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment
Provide comprehensive support for critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment across various process areas, including vacuum, lithography, metrology, and wet processing
Maintain a focus on safety protocols and foster a collaborative work environment, supporting teams cross-functionally

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography or CMP tools)
Experience with semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics, etc.)
Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues

Preferred

10 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting a broad range of semiconductor processing equipment, including vacuum systems, wet etch, lithography, and CMP tools
2 years of experience working as a technical lead with communication and collaboration skills
Experience with multiple semiconductor equipment (e.g., vacuum, dry etch, PVD/CVD, wet etch, advanced lithography systems, high-volume metrology systems)
Experience in leading tool installations (including reading and interpreting cut sheets)
Experience in AutoCAD design, and demonstrated ability to lead teams
