The role involves conducting onboarding, creating training materials, and reporting employee performance to leadership.

Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires
Create, update and maintain department training materials
Deliver presentations as needed to provide additional learning support to new hires and existing team members
Compose written content such as email notices, newsletters, training memos and policy updates
Report employee performance to leadership
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in a Finance role
