Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the tax department
Type correspondence, format and generate reports, file, and assemble and process deliverables
Handle the day-to-day operations of the office, including distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, printing, performing budgeting and finance duties, and submitting invoices
Interact with clients via telephone and in person
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 + years administrative experience
Punctuality and dependability
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
Professional appearance and manner
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Executive administrative experience is highly desirable
