Providing the Bank's customers with superior customer service
Processing transactions efficiently and accurately, such as deposits to accounts, check cashing, loan transactions and withdrawals from accounts
Operating a teller station
Maintaining an adequate and accurate cash drawer and balancing the cash drawer daily
Establishing a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to provide recommendations to customers or potential customers
Adhering to all policies and procedures of the Bank as well as applicable regulations and laws
Being available for opening and closing of the branch office
Qualification
Required
Provide superior customer service
Process transactions efficiently and accurately, such as deposits to accounts, check cashing, loan transactions and withdrawals from accounts
Operate a teller station
Maintain an adequate and accurate cash drawer
Balance the cash drawer daily
Establish a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services
Provide recommendations to customers or potential customers
Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Bank
Comply with applicable regulations and laws
Be available for opening and closing of the branch office
Communicate clearly and in a friendly manner
Possess excellent customer service skills
Demonstrate proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy
Have good computer skills
Exhibit strong organizational skills
Be detail-oriented
Make decisions and solve problems
Preferred
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous branch/teller experience or cash handling experience
