GCP Solution Architect

Responsibilities

Implement and support Google CCAI, CCAI Platform, Dialogflow ES/CX, Agent Assist, and Contact Center AI
Develop conversational flows, intents, entities, fulfillment logic, and backend integrations
Work with GCP Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, Vertex AI for advanced conversational use cases
Integrate GCP CCAI with CRM systems, contact center telephony, and backend REST APIs
Build automation workflows, routing logic, analytics dashboards, and monitoring
Assess existing Nuance IVR / Nina / Mix conversational systems
Analyze current conversational flows, grammars, speech models, and backend dependencies
Create migration plans to move from Nuance to GCP Dialogflow / CCAI
Map intents, grammars, and lexicons from Nuance to Dialogflow CX
Configure equivalent speech models in GCP STT/TTS
Conduct POCs, run parallel testing, tune accuracy, and ensure seamless migration
Design scalable, secure GCP architectures aligned with best practices (IAM, VPC, API Gateway, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Logging/Monitoring)
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and developers for end-to-end delivery
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies (PII, PHI, SOC2, HIPAA)
Build CI/CD pipelines for CCAI/Dialogflow solutions
Conduct UAT, performance testing, and voice quality validation
Monitor production systems using Cloud Logging, Monitoring, and Error Reporting
Provide L2/L3 support for critical conversational workloads
GCP LB admin - Good experience with GCP networking technologies, specifically GCP load balancing offerings like L7, L4, Proxy load balancer etc
Having knowledge of automation and infrastructure as code technologies like ansible and terraform
Experience with vendor load balancer like f5, netcsaler etc is a plus
Working knowledge of vision, network diagrams and artifacts creation, sop creation
Experience with troubleshooting and break-fix operations for GCP LB technologies
