Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy D365 Advanced Warehousing & WMS for Freshpet’s warehouse operations

Lead the setup of inbound (receiving, put-away), outbound (picking, packing, shipping), and inventory management processes

Configure wave processing, work templates, location directives, cycle counting, and replenishment strategies

Optimize warehouse layouts, storage zones, and inventory tracking for real-time visibility

Implement WMS Mobile App configurations for barcode scanning, picking workflows, and label printing

Act as the go-to expert for D365 Advanced Warehousing, resolving system issues and optimizing processes

Monitor and maintain warehouse system performance, ensuring seamless operations

Work with end-users and warehouse teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system usability

Stay current on Microsoft’s D365 roadmap, evaluating and implementing new features

Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to translate business needs into system solutions

Identify and implement warehouse automation opportunities to improve productivity

Provide training and support for warehouse users on best practices and system functionality

Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PLs) and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow
