Responsibilities

Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes using expertise in process design, production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality standards
Implement and maintain process controls to ensure consistency, repeatability, and compliance with customer requirements
Develop analytical tools, workflows, and systems that support operational and process excellence
Monitor, audit, and assess process, equipment, and product performance to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product specifications and customer quality expectations
Create and maintain process documentation and train technicians, operators, and support personnel
Research, justify, and implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, and methods to improve efficiency and competitiveness
Provide technical support to cross-functional teams as needed
Perform additional responsibilities aligned with business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling software
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working within an ERP system
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High-energy, proactive, and collaborative work style
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a high level of responsibility
