Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement agentic AI workflows to automate construction processes
Build intelligent agents for scheduling, resource allocation, and project optimization
Develop conversational interfaces and implement effective prompt engineering strategies
Create and maintain scalable backend services using Python and/or Golang
Integrate large language models (LLMs) and AI APIs into core construction workflows
Design and build scalable APIs to support complex construction project data
Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to deliver cohesive AI-driven user experiences

Required

4+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong backend focus
Proficiency in Python and/or Golang; Node.js experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI APIs
Solid understanding of agentic systems and workflow automation concepts
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain
Background in building conversational AI systems or chatbots
Proven experience deploying agent-based chat systems to production
Strong API design skills and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with React for frontend integration
Strong product mindset with a focus on user outcomes
Excellent communication skills in a remote work environment

Preferred

Experience with construction technology or project management software
Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and vector databases
Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools
Understanding of construction industry workflows
